Eric agren – Owner
Eric started Fuel in March of 2007. Passionate about customer service and classic French cooking, Eric is deeply involved in making sure guests enjoy their experience at Fuel.
Katie Palmer – General Manager
The Face of Fuel, Katie manages day to day operations. She manages reservations, private functions, and general management in the dining room, and makes sure guests are having a pleasant experience and oversees our special events.
Katie also manages scheduling and other important functions that make Fuel’s front of the house run smoothly. She has been part of Fuel since the day we opened.
Michael Gosselin – Executive Chef
Chef Michael has been part of Fuel since 2007, taking up the sauté station the very first night we opened. A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Michael is in charge of menu development, carefully choosing our purveyors, the quality of our final product and many other aspects of running Fuel’s kitchen.
