Welcome to Fuel.

Fuel is a Modern Bistro located in downtown Lewiston, Maine.

We specialize in approachable, hearty cuisine, done right.  Steak Frites, Coq Au Vin, and other classic French Bistro fare.  And, we have other cool stuff, like Cedar Plank Salmon, and Lamb Sirloin.  Our bar offers additional menu items; a short rib and NY sirloin burger, and old school sandwiches, like Croque Monsieur and Madame.

We offer a full service bar, and over 110 bottles on our wine list.  We even have 34 wines by the glass.  (That is a LOT of wine by the glass...)  If wine is not your thing, how about 21 different beers? 

Parking?  Don't worry, it is very close, usually on the street in front of our building.  The Park Street garage is right around the corner.
